i almost thought about giving a good review since the decor was nice, but the incompetent check-in staff couldn't even generate an invoice! also, after having several towels taken, i expected complimentary replacements. the air conditioning was terrible too, absoluteley unacceptable for a supposed luxury hotel. i just couldn’t recommend this place.

Staying at this Hilton was great for my family with 5 teenagers! We enjoyed the lovely pool area and the tasty Kids Menu was a hit, making meal times easy. Plus, the staff provided great service throughout our stay, truly enhancing our experience.
My wife says that the air conditioning could be better.

Great location but needs a facelift
I spent 2 nights here for a family trip. The breakfast was cool, and I loved chilling by the outdoor pool. Rooms are spacious but they have this old vibe, and the AC wasn’t dealing with the heat well. Kinda frustrating. Still, the gardens were nice to stroll through.
